Using the traditional notes of gin, they steep their unique recipe of botanicals in pure grain spirit until the natural oils and aromas are released. This ensures the flavours merge perfectly with the more traditional notes of gin. Bulgarian coriander provides an aromatic, gingery orange top note. Joining with this are the soft and rounded harmonies of the berries - blueberry and blackberry. The Tuscan juniper provides a base note, supporting these.
